About

Amrico is an outbound growth firm founded in 2024 by Amr Mando.

The focus is narrow by design: cold outreach, lead generation, and sales systems for B2B companies that depend on outbound to grow. Some clients need strategy and training. Others need full execution. We do both.

The work ranges from hands-on lead generation campaigns to advisory engagements where teams need help building and owning their own systems. What stays consistent is the approach: practical, repeatable, and built to last beyond any single campaign.

Most engagements start the same way. A company has tried outbound, seen inconsistent results, and isn't sure whether the problem is the process, the people, or both. Usually it's the process. When sourcing, outreach, qualification, and follow-up aren't clearly defined and measured, nothing compounds. Results stay random.

The work is fixing that. Designing the system, running it in real conditions, and training teams to operate it independently when that's what they need.

Background

Before Amrico, I spent years in finance and sales. Enough to learn that most growth problems aren't talent problems. They're process problems. A slow, unclear, or fragile system will break no matter who's running it.

One example that shaped how I work: a startup CEO reached out after losing six developers during an eight-week hiring process. Growth had stalled. We rebuilt the system from scratch and reduced average time-to-hire to 12 days. They hired 15 people the next quarter and closed their Series B.

That principle carries into everything I do now. Less advice, more ownership. Systems designed to survive contact with reality.

Amrico works closely with a small number of clients at a time, whether running campaigns directly or advising teams building their own.
